He holds both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Health and Welfare Administration. He is a graduate of the Technological Educational Institute of Kalamata (undergraduate studies) and the University of Piraeus (postgraduate studies) and has been involved in local development since 2002. He has served as an expert for the Ministry of Employment and Social Protection in the field of Social Economy, as a laboratory associate of the Technological Educational Institute of Kalamata and as a Project Manager in co-financed European projects. He also has publications in conference proceedings with Scientific Committees. In April 2007, he took on the role of Deputy General Director and, since May 2008, has been the General Director of AETOLIKI DEVELOPMENT AGENCY S.A. Local Authority Organization.
